Nearly a year since installation so I now feel able to give a fair review I asked David from wow for a quotation for a replacement boiler, They arranged a visit very quickly, came when they said they would, and recommended and explained everything, No rush or pressure. A written quotation was not long coming. Very competitive with others I received. This was accepted and a date was arranged for installation.

Wow heating has been servicing my Worcester Bosch boiler yearly for four years and at the same time doing a gas safety check of all relevant appliances. This time the 10 year old boiler had developed a fault which was quickly diagnosed and the part ordered and replaced within the agreed time frame. It is now in full working order. David has a pleasant and professional manner and is willing to answer any questions, works quickly and quietly with obvious expertise.
